1. REGISTRATION. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Elsa Malinsky. Please read the Agreement carefully before registering on www.meaningfulmatches.com. By registering on www.meaningfulmatches.com website, you become a Member and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member.

2. CLIENTS AND MEMBERS. By registering and creating your profile on this site you might be eligible to be introduced personally to other Meaningful Matches members or clients. You also become eligible to participate in events that are sponsored by this service.
Members – unmarried men and women who are registered on www.meaningfulmatches.com website by creating their profiles.
Clients – unmarried men and women who joined Meaningful Matches matchmaking service.

3. YOUR PROFILE WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THE WEB. Only Elsa Malinsky and her employees will be the sole users of this information and will not knowingly make it available to any other group or organization.

4. INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBERS AND CLIENTS is to be used for their personal dating needs only and will not be shared with other clients or members without their consent or as required by law. Please read How It Works.

5. AGES AND MARITAL STATUS OF REGISTERED MEMBERS. By registering on www.meaningfulmatches.com you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and either single, divorced, separated or widowed.

6. TERMINATION OF SERVICE. Elsa Malinsky may delete your profile for any reason, without explanation. Elsa Malinsky reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to www.meaningfulmatches.com without any notice.

7. SINGLE DAY EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. In the event of inclement weather or other unpredicted circumstances, Elsa Malinsky reserves the right either to reschedule you for a later event or to refund the full cost of the event. If you have a credit from a previous event and would like to use it, please email us at www.meaningfulmatches.com at least one week prior to the event and specify which event you would like to attend. If you are unable to attend an event that you have registered for, please give us at least 72 hours notice. At the discretion of Beshert, you will get your refund (minus $5 service fee) or a credit for the next event in your age group. "No shows" and participants who attend any portion of an event will forfeit the full event cost and not be rescheduled.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In participation in events sponsored by Elsa Malinsky, you agree that Elsa Malinsky, her agents, employees, event leaders, instructors, assistants, and representatives, shall not be liable, jointly or severally, for any injuries to your person or property. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the parties from and against any and all actions, claims, demands, loss, damage and expense of any kind, including attorney's fees, arising from such claims. You are aware and familiar with the risk involved in trips, events, lessons or sport and non-sport activities, and you understand that you are assuming those risks and will only engage in activities in which you are physically fit to participate.

9. INDEMNITY BY MEMBER: You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elsa Malinsky (owner), her employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of Elsa Malinsky service.
